All Day Makeup, long lasting makeup tips

Long Lasting Foundation Tips
  • Apply foundation 10 min. after moisturizer. If you don't allow the moisturizer to absorb into the skin, your foundation will wear off in a matter of hours
  • ALWAYS use a powder to set the foundation. Take your powder compact with you to do touch ups throughout the day.
  • For lasting foundation, blot your makeup with a paper towel throughout the day to remove excess oil. You can also use makeup blotting sheets.
  • If you're not sure what shade foundation you are, go with one shade lighter than you think. Use a powder to darken and contour the face. Powder will wear off, foundation shouldn't. By using a lighter foundation and a darker powder, you'll avoid the blotchy look when the makeup starts to wear off.

· Use a makeup primer. Foundation Primers extend your makeup application by hours

Smudge Proof Eye makeup

· You need to give a base coat of foundation and powder for the eye makeup to adhere to. This will double the staying power of your eyeshadow.

· Use a an eye makeup primer. Eye Primers extend your makeup application by hours

· Use water proof eye make up

· Liquid eye liner has 4 times the staying power than pencil eye liners.

Lipstick Tips

· By applying foundation before lip liner and lipstick, you will achieve a longer, lasting coverage

· Use a lip liner to keep your lipstick in place.

· After applying foundation and liner to lips, dust with loose powder, then apply lipstick.
